Refund & Service Policy

1. Service Guarantee
Big Sky Energy is committed to providing high-quality industrial pump repair and maintenance services. We stand behind our workmanship and strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every service call.
2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees may apply for initial assessment of pump issues. This fee is waived if you proceed with repairs through us. If you choose not to proceed with recommended repairs after receiving a detailed estimate, the diagnostic fee will apply.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide detailed written estimates before beginning any repair work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional issues are discovered during repair that would change the price significantly, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
4. Parts and Materials
Parts and materials used in repairs are billed at current supplier prices. All parts replaced during service remain the property of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We can provide replaced parts upon request.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, company checks, and can invoice qualified commercial accounts subject to credit approval.
6. Service Follow-Up
If you experience issues with a repair we have completed within 90 days that are related to our workmanship, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional labor cost. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by customer negligence, third-party damage, or normal wear.
7. Refunds
Given the nature of service work, refunds for completed services are generally not available. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 30 days to discuss your issues. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover dispatch and scheduling costs.
9. Emergency Services
Emergency service calls are subject to standard rates. While we do not have separate emergency fees, work performed outside standard business hours may be billed at after-hours rates as communicated when you call.
